Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.
This product is designed for convenience and storage. We do not guarantee any savings on airline baggage fees or acceptance under specific airline policies. Refunds will not be granted based on airline charges, baggage outcomes, or individual travel experiences. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing airline rules prior to travel.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (such as photos). Eligible cases will receive a refund or replacement at our discretion.
We are not liable for airline policy enforcement, baggage fees, denied boarding issues, or travel-related decisions made by carriers.
