2. Airline Policies & Travel Responsibility

Airline rules, baggage allowances, and enforcement practices vary between carriers and may change at any time. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

• Avoidance or reduction of baggage fees
• Acceptance of the jacket by airlines
• Security screening outcomes
• Boarding decisions or restrictions

Customers are solely responsible for researching and complying with their airline’s policies prior to travel. We accept no liability for airline-imposed charges, penalties, or decisions.

3. No Guarantee of Savings

The jacket is a convenience product. We do not guarantee financial savings of any kind, including baggage fees. Refund requests based on travel outcomes or airline charges will not be accepted.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused and returned in original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Return instructions must be followed

Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction relating to airline policies, baggage fees, or travel-related experiences.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence. Eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Travel disruptions or denied boarding
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Personal interpretations of airline rules

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
